Z5 SP / Finishing Saw

Description:

The finishing saw, within the aluminium extrusion process, has the function to cut the extruded profile into predefined sections for ageing, packaging and dispatch.

  • Main Characteristics:
    • High quality of guidings and geardrives, giving a precise positioning movement and saw cut.
    • The clamping system allows holding the profile with a force controlled by the operator.
    • The saw carriage andvances by means an inverter in a close loop control system.
    • The saw blade is rotating all the time.
    • A powerfull vacuum unit works all the time removing the chips generated during the cutting process.

Z5 TM / Gauge Table

Description:

The gauge stopper defines the length of the sawn profile.

The gauge table enables the finishing saw to carry out a high quality cut at the shortest possible cycle time to the desired finishing length.

  • Main Characteristics:
    • High guidance and realibility by means of robust pinion – rack movement.
    • Double close loop circuit with encoder + laser and motor-inverter auto positioned system.
    • Double roller speed for the batch profiles. High speed during approximation, and change to low speed by using a soft touch pennant device.
    • High precision while positioning obtaining a low tolerance cut.

Z5 SF / Skips Feeding System

Description:

The automatic profile stacker allows to fill the empty baskets with different layers of profiles separated by spacers without any manual manipulation.

  • Main Characteristics:
    • Many different lay-out configurations are possible, it could be customized according to customers requests.
    • This equipment works fully automatic, any operator is required.
    • The profiles are moved in a smooth way avoiding any possible damage and improving the quality of the final product.
    • The automatic operation with the skips conveyors avoids accidents.
    • Possiblity of customization of the width of the batch.
