Z7 SS / Skip stacker

Description:

The full skips, arriving from either the automatic profile stacker or from the manual profile stacking station are then stacked ready to be loaded into the ageing oven. The skip stacker performs this operation automatically.

Main Characteristics:
- The stacker works automatically i.e. no operators are required.
- The profiles are handled in a controlled and smooth way and thus are not damaged or scratched.
- The automatic skip stacker and skip transport conveyors avoid accidental damage due collisions caused by manual or erratic movements.
- Capable of stacking up to 4 positions in height.
- Capable of stacking and loading two or more ageing ovens in parallel.
- Minimum civil works required.

Z7 PL / Skip transport conveyors

Description:

The skip transport conveyors automatically transport the full skips from the end of the extrusion line, through the ageing process and on to the packing area. The empty skips may also be returned automatically from packing to the extrusion line to be filled.

Main Characteristics:
- Length 8 meters per module that can fit with most of the possible plant layouts.
- Width suitable for any kind of skips.
- Capable of handling loads ranging from 1 empty skip to full skips stacked 4 high.
- Lateral transfer chains also available.
- Minimum civil works required.
